FAQ
What types of wood do you primarily work with?
As a West Coast manufacturer, we love our native woods, Douglas Fir & Hemlock. We do, however, often work with hardwood species such as White Oak, Walnut, Maple, Red Oak, Cherry & Poplar. Don’t see the wood type you’re looking for? Send us an email with your desired specie.
How many years of experience do you have in manufacturing wood mouldings and what specific industries or sectors do you serve?
We’ve been manufacturing solid wood mouldings since 1986 and have a wide network of dealers, millwork shops, & custom home builders throughout BC.
How customizable are your wood mouldings? Can you accommodate unique profiles, sizes, or designs?
If we don’t already have your design in our library, we can custom make your profile whether it is a new design, or replicating one from eras gone by.
How do you manage production lead times and ensure timely delivery of orders?
Providing reliable lead times, and meeting confirmation dates is of the highest priority to our team. Our production team meets daily to review new orders, confirm production schedules and update our production lead time, so our sales team can offer an accurate lead time when quoting and our order confirmations issued with an accurate ship/pick up date you can rely on.
What is your capacity for large-scale or bulk orders?
With a manufacturing capacity of 12,000 – 18,000 L.f per day and experience with multi-family floor & moulding projects, we’re well equipped to handle small, medium & large scale projects.
Can you provide a cost estimate for our specific requirements?
Yes. Contact us with your specific needs and we’ll provide a quote.
What is your approach to sustainability and responsible sourcing of the wood used in production?
We’re proud to be a member of the Forest Steward Counsel (FSC®) with certificates in Chain of Custody & Controlled wood. We only source materials from vendors that share our sustainability values.
