Stairs can be a main focal point as it is often near the entrance of a home. With so many options available, it allows for personal creativity.

Railing
Often made from solid wood, the railing is the top portion of the rail assembly that we hold onto as we travel the stair.

Newel Posts
These decorative wood pieces are the anchors to any staircase. Mounted securely into the sub-structure of the floor, newel posts provide the strength a rail needs to support ones grasp or provide a guard between open balconies.

Spindles
Wood or metal spindles are used between the newel posts, adding more strength to the rail. A variety of available styles allow us to create something ornate or, if preferred, simple and minimalistic.

Treads
This is the piece we step on our way up or down the stairs. Often made from a variety of hardwood species to compliment each homes unique décor. Engineered by laminating narrower strips together to create stability, hardwood treads can be stained to coordinate with your floors to provide an elegant look.
